- 250 g butter, soft
- 250 grams sugar
- 250 g flour
- 4 egg (s)
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) tonka bean (s), and / or butter-vanilla flavor, optional
- 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
- powdered sugar

- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs (if you have a little tonka bean and / or butter-vanilla flavor, if you like) until the sugar has almost dissolved (at least 10 minutes). Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the butter egg mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes. Turn the cake out after approx. 5 minutes and let it cool.
- Mix natural yoghurt with enough powdered sugar to create a spreadable glaze and coat the cooled cake with it.
