  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon mineral water

Instructions

  1. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs for 8 minutes (8 minutes must be kept so that the cake is nice and fluffy). Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir alternately flour, milk and water into the foam mass.
  2. Bake at 180 degrees for about 75 minutes.
  3. Turn the cake out after approx. 5 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar after it has cooled down.
