  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 150 g butter, melt
  • 750 g apples
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • some breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, baking powder, egg, vanilla sugar, sugar, gingerbread spice, clove powder, honey and melted butter to make crumble.
  2. Grease the springform pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Press half of the crumble dough onto the base and form an edge. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges. Spread on the dough base. Spread the remaining crumble on the cake and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C (fan oven) for about 40 minutes.
  3. Let cool a little in the tin. Then remove from the mold and let cool down completely on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
