  • 125 g mararine
  • 4 g salt
  • 50 g quark or sour cream (room temperature)
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a dough and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  2. Then shape into a pretzel and place on the baking sheet. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
  3. Brush with egg yolk.
  4. Bake at 185 ° C top / bottom heat for 20 minutes.
