Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles, (I prefer thick ribbon noodles)
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 400 g cheese, rated Edam cheese or fresh pecorino cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (curry)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, hot pink
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, mild
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk OR:
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon fondor, possibly
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened

Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in a hot pan until translucent. Then fry the minced meat with the spices in the pan and finally add the tablespoon of ketchup and the tomatoes and fry for about 1 minute.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente as usual.
  3. Now start with the bottom layer of pasta in a baking dish. Then put about half of the minced meat on top. Now put some cheese over this layer. Then noodles again and then the rest of the minced meat. Sprinkle cheese on top again and pour milk or cream over it.
  4. Then put in the oven for about 25-35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
