Instructions

  1. Roast the finely diced bacon, onion and garlic in a little oil. Add the sliced potatoes and fry briefly.
  2. Deglaze with milk and cream and bring to the boil briefly. Season with instant stock and pepper and stir in. Remove from heat, pour into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 45 minutes until the surface turns golden. Let rest in the oven for about 15 minutes.
