Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy
  • salt
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • pepper
  • 150 g bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 2 teaspoons butter, for the tray
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Simmer the washed potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, drain, peel while hot and cut in half lengthways. Put on a greased baking sheet. Cut the bacon slices into thirds and place a piece of bacon on each potato half.
  2. For the cheese cream, mix the cream cheese with the onion and garlic cubes, whipped cream and grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture on each potato and bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 225 ° C.
