  • 500 g spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 400 ml cream
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • 150 g bacon cubes
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
  2. Prepare the spinach. Thoroughly clean and wash fresh spinach and remove any sand. Remove coarse leaf veins. Gradually transfer to a saucepan and heat until it collapses. Thaw frozen spinach or briefly heat it in the microwave so that it can be spread better in the casserole.
