Ingredients

  • 200 g potato (s)
  • Salt water
  • 200 g spinach leaves (frozen)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 g processed cheese (10% fat)
  • 125 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ carob gum or 2 s cornstarch
  • 80 g feta cheese (12% fat)
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices, then cook them in salted water for 10 minutes on the highest setting. Thaw the spinach in the pan and sauté with garlic.
  2. Layer the potatoes and spinach in a greased baking dish. Mix the processed cheese with water and locust bean gum or cornstarch and pour into the baking dish. Crumble the feta cheese and pour over the potato and spinach mixture.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 210 ° C, after 10 minutes increase the temperature to 270 ° C for 5 minutes (or grill setting), then switch off the oven and leave the casserole in the oven for another 5 minutes with the door slightly open.
