Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the egg, low-fat quark and oat flakes. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet (one square for kebab tin). Optionally, sesame can be added to the dough here.
  2. Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  3. Cut the lettuce into small strips, the cucumber into small slices, the onion into rings and the tomato into slices. If you want, you can also add feta.
  4. Fry the chicken breast fillet in a pan.
  5. Make a yogurt sauce from the yogurt and various spices (depending on your taste). I added a lot of garlic powder.
  6. When the flatbread is baked, fill it with the vegetables and the chicken and pour the yoghurt sauce over it, fold it up and you have a healthy, clean and delicious doner kebab!
  7. The size of the flatbread corresponds to a small doner kebab. If you want a large one, simply use double the amount for the dough.
  8. Kcal (without feta): 550
  9. KH: 45 grams
  10. Q: 12 grams
  11. EW: 48 grams
