Ingredients
- 200 g corn, round
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g cane suar
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- 0.5 bag ½ (s) baking powder
- 350 ml milk
- 50 g mararine, unhardened

- 1 loaf pan 24 cm long + parchment paper for it.
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt, desiccated coconut and baking powder thoroughly. Pour in milk and liquid margarine, stir in. Pour the dough into the 24 cm form lined with baking paper, bake for 1 hour at 175 C, or bake in the cold oven at approx. 140 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
