- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- some strawberries
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, mixed with elderflower syrup (Hugo), chilled
- 10 mint leaves
- possibly fruit, as desired

- Cut the watermelon slices into pieces. Cut the lemon into slices. Quarter the strawberries.
- Mix the fruit and pour it into wine glasses. Pour Hugo on top and serve decorated with a few mint leaves.
