Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bottle tomato ketchup
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 tablespoon jelly (red currant jelly)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and roughly dice it in a tall container. Puree the onion to puree with a hand blender and add all the other ingredients one after the other and finally stir again vigorously with the hand blender. The sauce, which goes well with grilled meats or roast meat, is ready.
