Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon sesame paste
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, more neutral
- 2 tablespoon oil (sesame oil)
- 2 tablespoon garlic, pressed through
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 6 tablespoon water
- 500 g Chinese e noodles
- 1 cucumber (s)

- Mix all ingredients (from sesame paste to water) together and you`re done.
- This sauce goes very well with the warm summer. You have to cook the Chinese noodles beforehand, then put them off. Cut the cucumber into strips. Put the pasta in a bowl, then the cucumber strips, and finally the sauce on top.
- You don`t need salt because you are already using soy sauce.
