Ingredients
- 250 g berries, e.. raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
- 6 teaspoons, leveled sugar, xylitol, erythritol, brown sugar or coconut blossom sugar
- Cointreau, optional

- Mash the berries with a fork, stir in the sugar. Possibly stir in a little Cointreau. But also tastes good without. Store in the refrigerator. You should only use very fresh fruits.
- Variation: stir in a pinch of cinnamon.
