Ingredients

  • 200 g mulberries, freshly picked black ones
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled Biobin, (carob gum)
  • 10 drops sweetener or sugar
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Only read the mulberries, do not wash them. Purée finely in a tall container with a hand blender. Add sweetener and lemon juice and continue to puree. Now add the biobin until it thickens. Finished.
  2. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Then it should be all!
  3. You can also do this with other fruits, but only make small quantities as they don`t last long.
