- 1 packet potato noodles
- 0.5 ½ glass dried tomato (s)
- 75 g ham, lean Kat ham
- 250 g spinach leaves, frozen
- 1 clove garlic
- Parmesan, freshly grated
- Butter for frying
- salt and pepper
- Basil, dried
- Oregano, dried
- Chili powder
- Rosemary, dried
- Basil, fresh, for garnish

- Fry the potato noodles in a little butter in a well-coated pan until they are golden brown. At the same time, cook the spinach leaves in a little salted water. Then add the spinach, the tomatoes cut into small pieces, the ham, the garlic and the spices to the potato noodles and fry for about five minutes.
