Ingredients
- 300 g spahetti
- 500 g mushrooms, brown
- 2 small zucchini
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 packet herbs, Italian
- 1 handful basil, fresh
For the marinade:
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt
- pepper
To sprinkle:
- 40 g parmesan, fresh
- 2 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted

- Boil the spaghetti, clean and chop the mushrooms. Chop the garlic. Fry everything briefly in 2 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the Italian herbs. Mix while still warm with the still warm spaghetti.
