Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate until you get a nice, smooth dough. Then cut up the individual chocolate bars. Shape the dough into small balls, press flat and work in a piece of chocolate.
Bake at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the biscuits are lightly browned.
