Ingredients
- 115 g butter
- 170 grams sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 230 g banana (s), mashed
- 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 220 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix the butter and sugar until foamy and stir. Add eggs one by one and stir well. Stir mashed bananas into the mixture, fold in Baileys. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and fold into the dough. Bake in a greased springform pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 50 minutes (chopsticks test!). Cover with icing.
