Ingredients
- 80 ml buttermilk
- 60 ml rapeseed oil
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 50 g honey, liquid
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour, (type 550)
- 1 bag baking powder

- Mix the buttermilk, oil, quark, honey and vanilla sugar together. Sieve the flour and baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients.
- Shape 10 rolls and place on a tray with baking paper and place the rolls on top. Brush the rolls with buttermilk.
- At 175 ° C fan oven, do not preheat, bake for approx. 20 minutes. Taste very good with jam.
