Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta (conchilie), or other types
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 400 g chicken, diced
  • 1 large pepper (s), orange or other color
  • 250 g mushrooms, small
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 shot white wine
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 1 ½ teaspoon curry
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the conchiglie according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. At the same time season the chicken with the salt, pepper and a little curry and fry with the sliced onion.
  3. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and remove the stem, and cut the peppers into small strips. As soon as the meat is well seared, add the mushrooms and peppers and cook with them. When the noodles are ready, fry them as well.
  4. At the same time, cook the vegetable stock with the white wine. Add 1.5 teaspoons of curry powder and stir in the crème fraîche. When the crème fraîche has completely dissolved, add the sauce to the pasta-vegetable-meat mixture and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the consistency you want.
