Ingredients
- Snow crab (crab meat, crab sticks) – 150 g
- Flying fish roe (tobiko) – 50 g
- Avocado – 50 g
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Cream cheese – 30 g
- Sushi rice (boiled) – 320 g
- Nori seaweed – 2 pcs.
- Soy sauce (for serving) – to taste
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients for the California rolls. We need: sushi rice, nori seaweed, snow crab, avocado, fresh cucumber, tobiko. Boil the rice in advance.
- Cut the avocado into slices and peel.
- Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin long strips.
- Cut the crab sticks into pieces. Add caviar and cream cheese. Mix.
- Cover the mat with cling film. Place the nori sheet on the mat, glossy side down. Spread the ricePlace the cucumbers and avocado on both sides. evenly over the entire surface of the nori.
- Turn over.
- Place the filling in the middle.
- Place the cucumbers and avocado on both sides.
- Lift the mat with two fingers and wrap the roll.
- Evenly distribute the efforts when folding the roll. Press lightly on the sides and top with your fingers.
- Sprinkle tobiko on top.
- Press down on both sides with a mat.
- Moisten the knife with water. Keeping the knife at an angle, cut the roll into portions. Then press down again with the mat to align the shape.
- Place the California rolls on a plate and serve with soy sauce.
