Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • 800 grams flour

For covering:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 3 onion (s), red
  • 2 teaspoons pizza seasoning
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • Chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • cheese (pizza)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water, milk, olive oil, salt and sugar in a small saucepan.
  2. Crumble the yeast in a large bowl and add the lukewarm water-milk mixture and whisk with a fork until the yeast has dissolved. Now add the flour and knead well until the dough is no longer sticky and has a soft consistency.
  3. The amount given for the flour is approximate, as I add so much flour until it no longer sticks.
  4. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour until it has risen visibly.
  5. Knead again shortly before preparation. I have enough dough for 3 trays.
  6. Covering:
  7. Mix the crème fraîche with approx. 2 teaspoons of pizza seasoning. Briefly fry the minced meat in a pan with a little olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
  8. Cut the onion and mushrooms into thin slices.
  9. Brush the dough with crème fraîche and top with minced meat, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
