Ingredients
- 1 kg leek
- 2 cans corn
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- salt and pepper

- Divide the leek lengthways, wash thoroughly, remove the hard leaves and then cut the white and light green into pieces approx. 1 cm wide. Put in a salad bowl. Drain, drain and add the corn. Mix with Miracel Whip, then leave in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving. If necessary, add a little more Miracel Whip.
