Ingredients

  • 1 packet lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 pack strawberries
  • 100 g Goronzola, spicy

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped strawberry jam
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Wash and spin the lamb`s lettuce. Wash the strawberries and cut into thin slices.
  2. Mix the lettuce and strawberries together and crumble the Gorgonzola over it with your hands.
  3. For the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, jam, salt, pepper and water and puree. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad just before serving.
