Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, 40% strenth
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 2 cans tangerine (s)
  • some sweetener, more liquid

Instructions

  1. Put the juice of the mandarins in a bowl. Mix the quark and yoghurt together, add some juice and liquid sweetener and stir in carefully. Then put 10-15 tablespoons of the quark-yogurt mixture in a chopper and add about 10 pieces of tangerine. Chop everything up well and add to the rest of the quark-yoghurt mixture. Season to taste, if the quark still tastes very strong, just add some juice and liquid sweetener.
  2. Caution: The mass must not become too liquid.
  3. Put 12 of the tangerine pieces aside. Now take 2 of each of the remaining tangerine pieces and place them on the bottom of dessert glasses. Then you put 2-3 tablespoons of quark cream on top, then place 3-4 pieces of tangerine on top and add another 5-7 tablespoons of quark cream on top. Repeat the same game with the mandarins and add curd cream again. At the end, place 3 pieces of mandarin from the 12 set aside on the last layer of quark cream and put the whole thing in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
