Country Style Eggplants with Sour Cream Sauce

  • Wheat flour – 0.5 cups
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 20 g
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Dill – to taste

Directions
