Ingredients
- 100 g suar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 ml orange juice
- 300 ml juice (cranberry juice, alternatively cherry juice)
- 30 ml vodka
- 1 egg white
- possibly berries and
- Mint for decoration

- Bring the sugar to the boil with water and lemon juice, allow to cool.
- Mix the orange juice with the cranberry juice, vodka and the sugar syrup.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in.
- Pour the mixture into a flat dish, freeze overnight.
- Stir every now and then for the first 2-3 hours.
- To serve:
- Stir sorbet and pour into tall glasses.
- Decorate with berries and mint if necessary.
