Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 100 g rye flour, type 1150
  • 50 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast, also works with dry yeast
  • 15 g sourdouh
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 ml water, warm

For covering:

  • 400 g sour cream
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seeds, for sprinkling

Instructions
