Ingredients

  • 50 g bacon
  • 800 g bread (s), (black bread)
  • 750 g double cream cheese
  • 3 bell pepper (s), 1 each red, yellow, green
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and leave in a pan and set aside, draining off the fat if necessary. Let cool and then mix with 250 g cream cheese.
  2. Line a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm with black bread. Spread the bacon and cream cheese mixture on top and then apply another layer of black bread.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Mix half of it with another 250 g of cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and spread on the second layer of black bread again. Apply another layer of black bread.
  4. Cut the onion into very small cubes, mix with the dill and the remaining cream cheese, season with salt and pepper and spread on the third layer of black bread. Spread the remaining diced pepper on top of the cake.
  5. Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
