Black Broker Cake

Servings: 14-18

Ingredients

  • Jam – 1 Glass
  • Soda – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Kefir – 1 Glass
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Sour cream – 150 Grams
  • Sugar – 100 Grams
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Flour – 2 Glasses (approximately)
  • Chocolate – To taste (for garnish)
  • Nuts – To taste (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Send jam to a deep bowl and add baking soda. Stir and let sit for 40-60 minutes.
  3. Combine kefir with eggs. If the jam is not too sweet, add 50 grams of sugar.
  4. Whisk until smooth and add a glass of flour. Stir.
  5. Add jam.
  6. Add flour a little to bring the dough to a thick sour cream consistency.
  7. Grease the mold with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour out the dough. Bake the crust in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a dry skewer.
  8. Cool the cake and cut into 2-3 layers.
  9. To prepare the cream, beat the sour cream with sugar and butter.
  10. Saturate the cakes with cream.
  11. Collect the cake.
  12. Decorate the cake with melted or chopped chocolate and nuts. Leave to soak for at least a couple of hours.
