  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 ½ cup beet syrup
  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • 2 cubes yeast
  • 250 g rains your choice (e.. sesame, linseed, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast cubes in the buttermilk. Place in a bowl and work together with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Fill into greased tumbler glasses and cover them with aluminum foil.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 2 hours at 160 ° C. Turn out, let cool and cut into thin slices.
