Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 ml oil, neutral
- 4 egg (s)
- 300 g carrot (s), rated
- 75 g walnuts, chopped
- 80 g butter, soft
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g powdered suar
- 1 ½ teaspoon butter-vanilla flavor
- Walnuts, halved or marzipan carrots to decorate
- Fat for the shape

- Put the first five dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the oil. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin of your choice.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes (make a stick test!).
- Then put 200 g cream cheese, 200 g powdered sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavor and 80 g butter in a bowl and beat until creamy with the mixer. Spread on the cooled cake.
- Decorate with walnut halves or small carrots (possibly made from marzipan).
