Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, 500 g
  • 1 packet herbal cream cheese, 300 g
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Caraway seed
  • Salt, coarse, as you like

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into small triangles and brush each triangle with approx. 1 teaspoon of herbal cream cheese.
  2. Roll up the triangles and shape them into croissants. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with salt or caraway seeds.
  3. Bake the croissants in the oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees, until the croissants have the desired brown color.
  4. They taste cold and warm.
