Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, room temperature
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), including the peel
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 375 g cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the whisk until frothy. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and the grated lemon zest. Separate the eggs and add the yolks as well. Mix the flour and cream alternately into the cream. Beat the egg whites with the salt in a second bowl that is as high as possible until stiff, fold into the batter. Bake the dough in the waffle iron.
