Ingredients

1 cucumber (s)
0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

For the dressing:

120 ml whipped cream
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch pepper, freshly ground
1 tablespoon dill, frozen

Instructions

Peel the cucumber and slice it, season with salt and leave to stand for a moment, approx. 5 minutes. Squeeze out the cucumber a little and throw away the salted water.
Make a salad dressing from the cream, pepper, lemon juice and dill and pour over the cucumber.
A delicious cucumber salad made from just a few ingredients.
