Ingredients

  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 1 ½ dl apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 200 g white cabbae, rated
  • 200 g red cabbae, rated
  • 200 g carrot (s), rated

Instructions

  1. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients (except the vegetables) together well and let them steep a little.
  2. Then put the cabbage and carrots in a bowl, pour the sauce over them, mix them and let them steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Tip:
  4. for a fiery variant add some Tabasco, for an exotic variant add 1 - 2 cm of grated ginger
  5. PS: working hours are extended accordingly if you grate cabbage and carrots yourself.
