  • 600 g turkey breast fillet (s), cut into cubes
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper into cubes, as well as the onion. Fry the turkey meat in a little oil over high heat and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and fry for about 3 minutes.
  2. Now add the mustard and cream. Mix everything together and simmer in an open saucepan over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Season again to taste before serving.
  3. Serve with potatoes, rice, pasta or bread.
