Ingredients

  • 250 ml Miracel Whip Balance, or self-stirred mayonnaise
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 box cress
  • Tablespoons chives and parsley
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Sort, wash and finely chop the cress and other herbs. Mix with the tartar sauce and carefully fold in the pitted, finely chopped tomato. Season again to taste and garnish with cress leaves.
  2. Tastes great as a dip with pieces of vegetables and with crackers.
