  • 2 egg yolks, raw
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • sugar
  • Onion (s), grated
  • cucumber (pickles)

Instructions

  1. The hard-boiled eggs are passed through a sieve and mixed well with the raw egg yolks. Now you add the oil and mustard drop by drop, taste the sauce with salt, vinegar and sugar and if you like, you can add a little grated onion and pickles cut into small cubes.
