Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices and deep-fry or fry them until golden and season with salt and pepper. I also like to use the frozen potato slices, which are already pre-fried.

  3. Place the fried or deep-fried potatoes flat in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
