Ingredients

  • 1 cube yeast
  • 450 ml water, lukewarm
  • 500 g flour (spelled or whole wheat flour)
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar) or bread drink
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast with the water. Add all other ingredients and process well. Put in a greased dish and put in the cold oven. Don`t let the bread rise. Bake for 60 minutes at 200 ° C or 50 minutes at 170 ° C hot air.
  2. Remove the bread from the mold and bake for 10 minutes if necessary. Grains can be left out or replaced (raisins, almonds, nuts). You can also use dry yeast.
