Crispy Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 500 Grams
  • Grated Parmesan – 1/2 Cup
  • Grated mozzarella – 1/2 Cup
  • Grated Cheddar – 1/2 Cup
  • Hard cheese – 1/2 cup (finely diced)
  • Chicken egg – 1 Piece
  • Milk – 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash in a puree along with warm milk. Refrigerate.
  2. Prepare the cheeses: grate and cut them.
  3. Add the cheeses to the puree.
  4. Add the egg.
  5. Then cornmeal. Stir. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Use a piping bag or just a spoon to form strips or balls and toss into boiling oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
  8. When serving, sprinkle with paprika and thyme leaves. Or do not sprinkle with anything.
