Crispy Chicken

What could be better than fried chicken? Only if it’s crispy fried chicken, just like but even better than the famous KFC restaurant chain, which means “Kentucky fried chicken.”

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 Piece (requires a chicken weighing approximately 1.1-1.2 kg.)
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Flour – 2 Glasses
  • Chili Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Dried Garlic – 1 Teaspoon
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Milk – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 400 grams

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Rinse the chicken, divide into portions, dry well with a paper towel.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients: flour, chili, paprika, salt, dry garlic.
  4. Stir dry mixture.
  5. Combine eggs, milk, lemon juice, shake with a fork.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, there should be a lot of it, the pan should be at least 1/3 full. Dip a piece of chicken in the dry mixture.
  7. Then dip in the egg mixture.
  8. Then roll in the dry mixture again, shake off the excess flour. Fry when the oil is hot enough.
  9. Fry on both sides until bright golden brown. The fire should not be too high for the chicken pieces to cook through.
  10. Place the fried chicken pieces on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  11. Serve crispy chicken with vegetables and gravy. It is very tasty, no one will be indifferent
