Crostini with Lard Pesto

Crostini with bacon pesto is a popular Italian snack. It is very easy and fast to prepare! Terribly delicious. Fat lovers will appreciate it!

Ingredients
- Salted lard – 200 g
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Rosemary (fresh or dried) – to taste
- Sage (fresh or dried) – to taste
- Bread – 8 slices
- Salsa verde – optional
How to make lard pesto crostini:
Directions
- Cut the bacon into pieces, peel the garlic, rinse and dry the aromatic herbs.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and chop until smooth.
- Cut the bread into slices and brown in a frying pan, without oil.
- Spread the mass on crostini.
