Ingredients

  • 8 slice / s baguette (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice, drained
  • 6 small cherry tomatoes
  • some salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 onion (s), red, thinly sliced
  • 60 g parmesan, coarsely rated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  2. Brush the baguette slices with sour cream and then pour the well-drained tuna on top. Top with onion rings and the sliced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and finally pour the parmesan over the top.
  3. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes until the parmesan has run and is lightly browned.
  4. Serve on fresh lettuce.
