- 155 g flour
- 150 g flour (whole rain)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 115 g suar, brown
- 185 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 125 g butter, melted and cooled
- 2 apples, peeled, pitted, grated
- 155 g blueberries
- 5 tablespoon flour
- 55 g cane suar
- 35 g oatmeal
- 40 g butter, cut into small pieces

- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
- Sift the flour and whole wheat flour into a large bowl, add the cinnamon and cloves and mix in the sugar. Press an indentation in the middle.
- Mix the milk, eggs and melted butter in a bowl and add to the well. Beat gently until the ingredients are just mixed well - the dough may still be lumpy. Fold in the fruits. Spread the batter evenly over 12 muffin tins.
- For the crumble, put the flour, sugar and oatmeal in a bowl. Knead in the butter pieces by hand until most of the lumps have dissolved. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of streusel on each muffin.
- Bake until golden in about 25 minutes, let cool in the tin for 5 minutes, remove and let cool on a wire rack.
