Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g suar
  • 150 g butter
  • 500 g blueberries
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 apples

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, sugar, salt and butter in a bowl, make crumbles and chill.
  2. Wash and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Wash blueberries. Put all the fruits in a bowl. Mix in the vanilla sugar and cornstarch.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Spread the fruits on a baking sheet and sprinkle the crumble on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven on the lowest shelf for about 25 minutes. Let the crumble cool down a bit.
  6. Serve lukewarm with a little vanilla cream.
