Ingredients- Filling:
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 stalks of rhubarb
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- Dough:
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tbsp port wine
- 200 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 50 g oatmeal

- Wash rhubarb and strawberries, dry, cut into small pieces.
- Put in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with sugar, starch and pour over with port.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the butter into small cubes and grind with flour until finely crumbled. Add sugar, nuts, cereal and stir.
- Cover the strawberries with rhubarb crumbs and bake the crumble for 25-30 minutes (until the top is browned).
- You can serve crumble with vanilla cream, whipped cream, ice cream. I made a cream with whipped cream, powdered sugar and curd cheese.
